I am very excited to announce that our friends from Inspired By You & Co. are partnering with us for a special event. Amie, founder of Inspired By You & Co, is flying out from the beautiful Chippewa Valley in Wisconsin to join us in California! Inspired By You & Co. is a DIY company that helps you bring your ideas to life. This event will be held on October 10, 2015.

Amie will be bringing mason jars that can be fully decorated with burlap, glass markers, rein stones, ribbon, and much more! These mason jars can be used for a wide range of things such as pencil holders, note jars, coffee ground holders, soap dispenser, or just decoration. This event is fun for all ages and we encourage you to bring friends, family, and neighbors! The cost will be five dollars for each mason jar you choose to create (materials included within fee).

October is the start of Breast Cancer Awareness Month and Empower Events along with Inspired By You & Co. wants to help raise awareness. There will be special pink mason jars available for decoration along with pink and white decorations. Each jar will be five dollars as well, but will be donated to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation. After you completed the jar, we encourage you to write an empowering note to place inside. We will be distributing these jars with goodies inside to local area hospital Breast Cancer patients. If you would like to have your mason jar shipped to a woman who does not live around the Los Angeles area, we will do that free of charge! We hope to raise women's hopes and spirits during these hard times.
